Homebuyer Education and Financial Education classes are regularly scheduled and one-on-one sessions can be requested to discuss your individual financial situation in confidence. Advance registration is required for scheduled classes, as space is limited. Homebuyers Education for many lenders/programs is required. You will learn  the entire home buying process from start to finish. How to shop for a home, a lender, a loan product, insurance agent and closing attorney. You will also learn why good credit is important and how to develop a budget/spending plan.

Minimum class time will be 6 hours but may be longer depending on information requested by attendees, spread over two days—both days must be attended. We do provide all materials and snacks. We do not provide child care.

The cost of this class is $50 per household.  This fee covers materials, drinks, snacks, and is payable at the time of the class in the form of personal check, money order or exact cash.


Homebuyer Education Course — Single Day:
WednesdayThis is a combo class of Pre-Purchase and Post Purchase, Post Purchase clients will take their class after Pre-Purchase class had ended.  You may take either or both
