Creekside

The Home Company began development for Creekside in April of 2003. The site is located by the beautiful Whites Creek in North Nashville off Buena Vista Pike. To maintain the beauty of the five-acre common area, The Home Company pledged to preserve five acres beside the creek as an amenity to the subdivision.

Creekside features many new-urbanist elements, including sidewalks and alleyway garage entrances. The three- and four-bedroom homes range from 1,250 to 1,700 square feet. The entire subdivision is expected to be completed in spring of 2005.

Completed in 2003, the 10.5 acre River Meadows subdivision is located in Bordeaux and overlooks the Cumberland River and is ten minutes from downtown.

Nationally recognized Row 8.9n was completed in 2002 and has anchored the affordable housing movement in Nashville.
